Participant Liability Waiver & No Refund Policy

1. Acknowledgment of Participation and Assumption of Risk

I, the undersigned participant, acknowledge that I have voluntarily chosen to participate in the Kundala Madness Mini Retreat (hereafter referred to as “the Retreat”). I understand that the Retreat may include, but is not limited to, physical movement, stretching, massage, yoga, meditation, strength training, breathwork, emotional release practices, outdoor activities, and other experiential exercises.

I acknowledge that participation in such activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional discomfort, allergic reactions, dehydration, and other unforeseen circumstances. I affirm that I am voluntarily participating and assume full responsibility for any risk of injury, loss, or damage arising from my participation.

I certify that I am physically and mentally capable of participating and have consulted a physician regarding any conditions that might affect my ability to safely engage in Retreat activities.

2. Release of Liability

In consideration of being permitted to participate, I hereby release and hold harmless:
Motivational Madness LLC, Kundala Massage and Bodywork, Ariel Zimmerman, Camilla Chiniquy, all facilitators, staff, volunteers, and venue partners
from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or to my property while participating in the Retreat.

This release includes but is not limited to liability caused by the negligence of the released parties, except where prohibited by law.

3. Consent for Massage, Bodywork, and Physical Contact

I understand that portions of this event may involve Massage, partner stretching, or other forms of guided physical contact.
I acknowledge that my consent is required for any touch-based modality and that I have the right to decline or withdraw from any portion of the activity at any time without explanation.

4. Media Release

I grant permission to Motivational Madness LLC and its representatives to capture photos and videos of the event for marketing, educational, and promotional purposes.
If I do not wish to be photographed or recorded, I will inform the event organizers in writing prior to the Retreat.

5. No Refund Policy

All retreat registrations are non-refundable.
Payments are final and may not be transferred to future events, except at the discretion of the organizers in cases of medical emergency or event cancellation by the host.

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another participant by notifying Motivational Madness LLC in writing no later than January 25, 2026.

By completing registration, I acknowledge that I have read and understand this policy and agree to its terms.

6. Agreement and Signature

I have carefully read this Liability Waiver and No Refund Policy. I understand its contents, and I voluntarily agree to its terms with full knowledge of its significance.
